Willoughby

Private AI work planner

Your private chief of staff.

Willoughby reads your calendar, mail, and tasks — then builds a time-aware brief for the hours you actually have. Not another dashboard: a clear read on what already happened, what deserves attention next, and how to use the gap before your next meeting.

Built for people who live in their inbox and calendar but refuse to live inside them. Willoughby distills signal from noise, ranks what matters, and keeps a private memory of your work — so every session starts with context, not chaos. Private. Invitation-only. Yours.

Know what matters right now

Catch up on what you missed, see the best use of the gap until your next meeting, or prime tomorrow before the day begins — all from one adaptive home screen.

Your work, clustered and searchable

A private intelligence layer over calendar, mail, Slack, and tasks — surfacing themes, answering questions in chat, and keeping context without the noise.

    Mail

Distilled work email, triaged into what needs attention.

    Personal Settings

Working hours, timezone, and how email is pulled on Sync.

    Workdays

    Email (Gmail)

Only distilled work summaries are stored — never full email bodies.

    Slack

DMs, @mentions, and channels you opt into. Only distilled summaries are stored.

    Pattern brain

Groups your indexed work into the Active patterns chips on Today. It already runs after Sync and every few hours. Refresh here if those chips look stale — this does not pull new calendar, tasks, or email.

    Integrations

Connect your own accounts. Tokens are stored encrypted for your user only.

    Google

    Not connected

Calendar sync uses your Google sign-in. Gmail read access is requested now so email can be added later without a second consent.

      Asana

      Not connected

A personal access token is one Asana account. Uncheck workspaces or projects you don’t want Sync to pull. New ones stay included until you turn them off.

      Slack

      Not connected

DMs and @mentions always sync. Check channels you also want included on Sync.
